About Kauri
My name is Lachie Marshall. Since 2000, I have been working in financial services and helping people buy their first homes, pay down debt quickly and build property investment portfolios.
My philosophy is built around a platform of cash management, debt management, risk management and investment management. Depending on where you are at in your life’s cycle, you will need advice on one or more of these areas at some point in time.
I get particular satisfaction assisting first home buyers into their first homes as well as showing them how to pay down debt at an accelerated rate without necessarily changing their lifestyle. I know first hand that if I had been given the advice that I now give when I bought my first home, I would have saved tens of thousands of dollars in interest payments to the bank.
I also specialise in construction loans and have worked very closely with a number of building companies over the years to help bring a client’s dream to reality. A build process can be quite stressful, but with the right advice and structures around you, it doesn’t need to be.
